De Preter joined Aronberg Goldgehn as a Member in 2019 and has been an integral member of the firm’s Intellectual Property, Commercial Litigation, Business Law and Transactions and Appellate Litigation practice groups. He is highly regarded for his expertise in patent, trademark, trade secret and false advertising litigation. He also advises clients on patent and trademark protection before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and negotiates intellectual property agreements, including licensing deals.
Haskin started his career with Aronberg Goldgehn in 2010 as a law clerk before joining the firm as an Associate in 2011. He was promoted to Member in 2020. Haskin is a business litigation attorney and is co-chair of the firm’s Business Litigation practice group. Haskin assists small- and medium-sized companies resolve business disputes involving contracts, shareholders/members, employees, trademarks, fraud and other instances of alleged wrongdoing. has successfully represented clients' interests in a broad range of complex litigations in state and federal courts Benjamin has also become a trusted advisor to the firm’s Business Divorce and Complex Ownership Dispute Resolution, Appellate Litigation and Employment Law practice groups.
