Aronberg Goldgehn proudly announces Michael S. Nelson’s elevation to member within the firm’s Chicago office. His promotion stems from a deep commitment to representing clients and advancing the firm’s real estate and business transactions practices.

 With significant experience in both practices, Mike counsels clients in these areas from inception to conclusion.

 His practice involves most aspects of real estate. He represents clients in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate, including negotiating, drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, lending documents and transfer instruments, commercial leasing matters, including drafting and reviewing commercial real estate leases and construction matters. Mike also assists clients in resolving title insurance issues and negotiating, drafting and reviewing lending documents for institutional and non-institutional transactions such as contracts, promissory notes and security agreements.

 Mike earned his J.D., cum laude, in 2010 from Chicago-Kent College of Law following the completion of his B.A. in Philosophy and History, magna cum laude, in 2005.
