EPGD Business Law powerhouse team is getting some well-deserved recognition in the 2024 Super Lawyers list.

Our Founder and Partner, Eric Gros-Dubois, has been named a Business/Corporate Super Lawyer. Eric is an accomplished lawyer whose practice ranges from Business and Corporate Law, to Tax Law and Trust & Estate Planning.

Eric Gros-Dubois founded EPGD Business Law in 2013 and is the current head of the firm’s corporate, estate planning, and tax practice, and manages the firm’s Miami office. With a JD and MBA, and a specialization in finance, Eric is able to step back and view the legal world through a commercial lens while also acting as a trusted business advisor for his clients. He does his best to be solutions oriented, and tries to think like a business owner, not just a lawyer.

Litigation Associate, Sarah Denis, Esq., was named a Business Litigation Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2024. Sarah focuses her practice on commercial and business litigation, real estate, lender representation, contracts and general business consulting, and bankruptcy and restructuring matters.

She has several years of litigation and transactional experience, securing favorable results, including various final judgments in favor of her clients.

Sarah is also Fund member and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company agent. Sarah represents institutional lenders and borrowers in connection with the financing of real estate including mortgage loans and other financing transactions, including, but not limited to, loan workouts, restructurings, and loan sales and landlords in the leasing of commercial real estate and any ensuing disputes thereto.
