Allison Plunkett Honored by Twin Cities Business

as a Notable Woman in Law

We’re pleased to share Henson Efron business law attorney and shareholder Allison Plunkett has been included on the 2023 Notable Women in Law list by Twin Cities Business. She is being recognized for her ability to skillfully negotiate on our clients’ behalf and facilitate business deals efficiently and effectively, never losing sight of our clients’ goals. Allison has assisted clients that obtained PPP loans with successfully navigating a change in ownership, and she managed a real estate portfolio of over 100 locations in a stock transaction. It’s her broad experience in mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and general business matters that helps her stand out from the crowd.

Allison also takes time to give back. She is currently on the planning committee for the Hennepin Country Bar Foundation and has been an active leader in the Hennepin County Softball League for years. She is a regular presenter for Minnesota Continuing Legal Education and loves to mentor law students and women early in their law careers. 

Welcome New Attorney Dylan Wallace

We are excited to welcome Attorney Dylan Wallace to the litigation team. Dylan brings a client-centered approach to his practice. He has spent the last two years clerking at the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Dylan is an Adjunct Professor and Moot Court Coach at the University of St. Thomas School of Law and continues to volunteer as a Speech and Debate Coach at a Mendota Heights high school.
