Fourlaw Abogados has advised Swanlaab Tech Fund II on its investment in Eaship, as part of a €1 million Seed financing round supporting the continued growth of the Spanish logistics technology company.

The transaction was structured through a capital increase, through which Swanlaab entered the share capital of Eaship, a company focused on the digitalisation and optimisation of road freight transport and logistics management for industrial manufacturers.

Founded in 2022, Eaship has developed a platform designed to centralise and simplify transport operations, helping companies coordinate shipments, improve visibility across logistics chains, and reduce inefficiencies traditionally associated with manual processes. According to market reports covering the transaction, the funding will support the company’s commercial expansion, product development, and further automation and analytics capabilities.

The Fourlaw team advised Swanlaab throughout the full transaction lifecycle, including legal due diligence, drafting and negotiation of investment documentation, execution, and closing. The matter was led by Francisco Téllez de Gregorio, with the participation of Iñigo Andrés González and David Yatskiv.

The transaction further reinforces Fourlaw’s growing profile in the venture capital and technology sectors, particularly in advising investment funds and high-growth startups on early-stage financing rounds and strategic transactions.
