For thirty years, Legal Netlink Alliance has served the needs of clients worldwide.
Both Emily and Kirstin bring exceptional legal acumen, a steadfast commitment to the Firm's clients, and a breadth of experience that strengthens the Firm's ability to deliver outstanding results.
Since joining the Firm, Emily has distinguished herself as a trial attorney who delivers impressive results across a wide spectrum of federal and state court matters. Her practice includes shareholder and partnership disputes, asset recovery actions, personal injury and premises liability cases, real estate disputes, and civil and criminal appeals.
“Emily began as a summer associate and returned to the Firm as an associate after clerking for Justice Clayton Greene, Jr. of the Supreme Court of Maryland,” said Firm President and Managing Principal Dave Shuster. “Emily cares deeply about her work and our clients. She exemplifies the excellence and professionalism we value.”
Kirstin represents clients in civil and criminal matters in state and federal courts. She has represented Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes litigation, defended law firms against malpractice claims, and secured significant victories for individuals facing serious felony charges. Her pro bono work with Maryland Legal Aid underscores her commitment to representing clients of limited financial means.
“Kirstin joined the Firm after several years in the federal public defender's office. Before serving as a public defender, Kirstin clerked for the Honorable Catherine C. Blake, U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and then for the Honorable Andre M. Davis, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.” said Dave. “After coming aboard, she quickly demonstrated herself to be an exceptional lawyer with the ability to pivot back and forth between serious criminal matters and complicated civil matters. She is gifted with exemplary professional judgment and problem-solving skills."
Kirstin and Emily represent the Firm's next generation of extraordinarily talented leaders in the profession.
