Both practices will continue as Javerbaum Wurgaft’s Roseland, New Jersey office, increasing the firm’s presence and capabilities in business law, commercial litigation, construction law, trusts and estates, condemnation law and other key practice areas.

Javerbaum Wurgaft is widely recognized for its litigation practice, including personal injury, medical malpractice, criminal defense, employment law, workers’ compensation among other civil litigation matters, with many attorneys certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Lum brings a legacy of over 150 years in the legal business.
